In This Economy?

We here at ITE don’t get a ton of (e)mail, but when we do get some it’s usually pretty awesome. So from now on, if we encounter a really great note or hilarious piece of spam, we’re going to post it so that we can all laugh about it together.

Because laughing really is the best medicine. Or something.

So, with that said, today’s premiere piece of (e)mail comes from muhammad riaz who had this to say:

“hi dear i want bussines with your company.plz send me prise for pakistan the axe body spray”

Hmmmm… The first “sentence” leads me to believe that this is a business request, and a very flattering one at that (calling me dear… how sweet). But then the entire thing gets flipped on its head when Mr. riaz asks for his “prise for pakistan”. And then the mention of Axe Body Spray, which somehow isn’t misspelled. It’s all so puzzling. Throw into the mix the fact that the note has the subject line of “want trade” and it’s a total mystery. Check it out for yourself:

Confusing, right? I know.

But, because this (e)mailbag segment demands ITE provide some kind of response, I am now going to try to answer Mr. riaz as best I can. I’m going to write it in his style so that he can better understand it (and because it’ll be funnier that way). Here goes.

“dear dear riaz i no want bizzeeness with you.the axe body spray is no prise for no man in fact it isnt even good for cats or man. no trade wanted sorry dear”
