You can’t spell advertising without ITE: Nissan wins the award for best/luckiest ad placement of the day

A few weeks ago we shat on CNN for botching some ad placement on their homepage, so it’s only fair that we give credit to a company when they land a really fortunate ad placement.

Check this out:

Gas prices going up — BAD.

Nissan’s new 100% electric car (called the LEAF… which is, like, totally cute) coming out — GOOD.

Well played, Nissan.

Now my only question is where do you plug the LEAF in if you live in an apartment complex? Do you need an extension cord? I need answers.
