In This Economy?

I’d like to start this post off with a little sweet open mic action:

Cheddar is whack.

Gimme pepper jack.

Oh and by-the-way black is back.

So fuck Jack in the crack.

I wrote that little bit of gold when I found out about the sexy new Black Jack taco from Taco Bell. I have to admit it appealed to the sexy breadwinner inside me. Then I heard they were giving them away for FREE this Saturday and the cheap-as-hell breadwinner inside me did a little dance. All multiple personality disorders aside, here’s the deal, straight from the Taco Bell website:

Now perhaps you’re as confused as I am about the seemingly fragmented marketing strategy behind this new taco. The first TV ad I saw for it was very, very sexy, for some reason. Now we’re seeing this random Halloween tie-in to the product. But as we all know, Halloween is an excuse for insecure females to dress slutty, otherwise known as sexy. So sexy = halloween = sexy = sexy tacos. Get it? Yeah, me neither.
