CHEAP STUFF ALERT: Restaurant.com/TravelZoo 90% off on 09-09-09!
Posted by breadwinner on September 9th, 2009This one’s a doozie. But you have to act quickly. You only have like 99 hours or something.
TravelZoo has really come through for us this time. You can go here to read through their details, but the short story is this: In celebration of today’s date, 09/09/09, Restaurant.com is offering TravelZoo subscribers (and in effect, thanks to yours truly, ITE readers) 90% off their already deeply discounted dining certificate prices. So where normally a $25 gift certificate to — let’s say — the famous Magic Time Machine (drocolate’s FAVORITE restaurant, FYI) would be $10, today it’s just $1.
I personally just purchased $90 worth of dining certificates for $9. Just to go along with the whole 09/09/09 theme, obvi.
So head to Restaurant.com, search for restaurants by zip code, fill up your cart and enter the code ZOO when prompted. You’ll get 90% off and make off like a bandit. Then you just print your gift certs right from your computer! It’s as easy as that!
P.S. In case you were wondering, drocolate’s birthday is coming up in November. Y’all be sure to send him TONS of gift certs to The Magic Time Machine!
The goal is for him to be able to go experience the magic every day for a month!!
Bon Appetite!
