I'm 50 years old. I love McDonald's hot mocha w/whole milk.
It took a while to make the connection, but every time I have one of these, within a day or two I suffer from diarrhea. This week it had been several months since my last, so I tried again. I love the taste. I had two medium-sized in one week. Same result, diarrhea! No diarrhea otherwise, only when I have the hot mocha w/whole milk.
I'm sure not everyone's system suffers this fate, but it is a definite reality for some. Thanks for the product info.

Be warned!! Here's what some people think is in the new drink.

Many of the ingredients seem to cause diarrhea or constipation, so maybe they balance each other out.
