FREE STUFF ALERT: McDonald’s Free Mocha Mondays

Posted by breadwinner on July 13th, 2009

Got a case of the Mondays? Don’t! Because similarly to every other fast food chain on the planet, McDonald’s is here to help you out of that rut. With FREE caffeine and sugar! YUM!

Here’s how to get it: Visit a “participating” McDonald’s on July 13th (oops), 20th, 27th or August 3rd between 7am and 7pm and they’ll hand you a free, 8oz., sample-sized mocha, hot or iced. Think of how much more productive you’ll be on espresso and sugary chocolate syrup! BAM! Promotion! BAM! BAM! Money! BAM! BAM! BAM! McDonald’s just fixed the freakin’ economy. How’s that for an economic stimulant?

Or not. But you go ahead and enjoy all that caffeinated sweetness. I certainly will.

  1. Be warned!! Here’s what some people think is in the new drink.

Many of the ingredients seem to cause diarrhea or constipation, so maybe they balance each other out.

  2. I’m 50 years old. I love McDonald’s hot mocha w/whole milk.
It took a while to make the connection, but every time I have one of these, within a day or two I suffer from diarrhea. This week it had been several months since my last, so I tried again. I love the taste. I had two medium-sized in one week. Same result, diarrhea! No diarrhea otherwise, only when I have the hot mocha w/whole milk.
I’m sure not everyone’s system suffers this fate, but it is a definite reality for some. Thanks for the product info.
