SCAM ALERT: McDonald’s is trying to rip you off

The guys over at Wallet Pop are on to something. Check out THIS ARTICLE.
It seems that the cost-per-nugget (CPN) of Chicken McNuggets at McDonald’s actually goes up as you purchase higher quantities of nuggets. The perception is that you save money if you buy a larger quantity, but with the 4-piece nuggets being $.99 (roughly $.25 per nugget) and the 20-piece nugget platter being around $7 (roughly $.35 per nugget) you can see that the value isn’t there.
As Wallet Pop points out, you would just be better off buying five 4-piece McNuggets. You’d save $2! And if you’re like me, and eat the 20-piece nugget feast nine or ten times a week, that’s some serious savings.
Plus, if you buy five 4-piece nuggets you’ll get five dipping sauces, where as they typically only give you three dipping sauces with the 20-piece.
It’s just a dirty, dirty scam.
Check out the article HERE for more info.
And beware. Don’t ever pay an outrageous CPN. You’re just better than that.
