JOB ALERT: A strip club in Rhode Island is hiring
Posted by drocolate on March 20th, 2009Following in the footsteps of yesterday’s Italian porn actress story, here’s some more heavy-hitting news about naked chicks. I promise this is not an intentional theme.
With that said, if you’re unemployed in Rhode Island and you’re reading this you may want to make plans to head over to the Foxy Lady strip club (awesome name) tomorrow for their first ever job fair.
They are looking for everything from managers to strippers so you may want to bring multiple resumes (and outfits). In the end they’re looking to fill about 30 positions, both at the Rhode Island Foxy Lady (which is the foxiest of the ladies, in my opinion) and at two other Massachusetts-based Foxy Ladies.
I think the idea of a strip club having a job fair is awesome, and with Rhode Island currently posting a 10.3% unemployment rate I imagine there will be a lot of people there vying for (pole) positions.
If you’re thinking about checking it out just remember three vital tips when interviewing:
1. Get there early, before all the skanky chicks show up.
2. Make sure you have the name of a fruit in your stripper name. You may want to forgo the obvious choice of “Cherry” for something more exotic like “Crab Apple”. Is that a fruit? Eh, who cares as long as it sounds sexy and dangerous.
3. Don’t hang upside down backwards from the pole too early in your audition. That’d be like a figure skater doing a triple lutz in the first fifteen seconds of their routine. Totally crazy! You have to work up to a trick like that.
