FREE FOOD ALERT: The beef on Arby’s
Posted by breadwinner on March 2nd, 2009Are you thinkin’ Arby’s right now? You’re not alone. If you too are a fan of what we here at ITE affectionately call “greybeef”, then you’ll want to listen up. Now through March 9th, bring this coupon to any participating Arby’s to try one of their new Roastburgers for free. Just buy a drink at full price and it’s all yours. There are three varieties of Roastburger, and two of them have bacon so they’ve got to be good. The idea behind the Roastburger seems to be an attempt at creating a burger-type sandwich without all the grease. Wait, isn’t grease what makes a burger delicious? You tell us.
Do us a favor and let ITE know how that “burger” tastes, in the comments section below. Happy coupon-clipping!
But that’s not all Arby’s is giving away. In a promotion much less about instant gratification and more about (for some reason) country music, you can win a trip to the country music awards. Yeeehaw!
Note: I, breadwinner, will not be taking part in this promotion just in case Dairy Queen should give me the opportunity to give up all other fast food competitors (including Arby’s) for one month in return for a free year of DQ. I can already see it’s going to be tough…

America’s Roast Beef Yeah!
Those pics are really detailed.
I like soda and meats.
I want that bacon. Immediately.
Overall, it was a pretty good sandwich. They added some sort of steak seasoning which gives it a better flavor than your usual Arby’s melt. However, the fools put a frickin salad on the sandwich even after I told them not to. B-
[...] humble ability to cut back. Must be hard. Like, y’know, if I were to see someone eating a free Arby’s Roastburger with a $7,500 watch on, I might not punch them in the face (like I would when the economy was [...]
I enjoyed the Bacon Cheddar Roast Burger a lot today. Very tasty, even with veggies. Grade: A
I also got the Arby’s Roastburger bailout package today. It was good. Savory. I give it a B+.
Thanks for the hook-up ITE!
The Arby’s Roastburger was worth every penny.
