Hard times for Donald Trump

Donald Trump and his multi-tentacled Trump Organization took a hit today. Trump Entertainment, which owns and operates three casinos in Atlantic City (it’s the Vegas of the east coast!), filed for Chapter 11 protection. The three casinos now facing an uncertain economic future are The Trump Taj Mahal Casino, Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino and the Trump Marina Hotel Casino.

Trump Taj Mahal? Really? In Jersey? I don’t think so.

The final nail in the coffin for Trump Entertainment was when Donnie and his lovely daughter, Ivanka quit the board on Friday. The remaining board members couldn’t bear to go on without them so they decided to file for bankruptcy. Oh, and they also owe $53 million on a bond that they have no way to pay back. Yikes.

Don’t worry though, Donald will still have plenty of time for the upcoming season of Celebrity Apprentice. GO BRIAN MCKNIGHT!
