Need some advice?
Posted by drocolate on February 6th, 2009Yesterday I reported on the suddenly booming shoe repair industry and today I am glad to report on another industry that is enjoying a mini-boom in the midst of our current economic shit hurricane — the psychic industry.
People are visiting psychics these days to get financial advice about the future. People want to know just how bad this is all going to get, and with all of Washington currently sitting around arguing about the difference between $800 and $900 billion, psychics seem like less and less of a crazy option every day.
The main downside to this little boom is that a typical psychic “reading” can cost as much as $150, and, in this economy, that is NOT a good investment.
And with that, I think this is as good a time as any to announce a new business venture for us over here at in-this-economy.com:
The ITE? Psychic Shoe Repair shop!
We’ll fix your shoes and lie to you about your future at the same time. And we’ll do it for the low, low rate of $100 per session! Break a sandal? Nervous about a home foreclosure? Need a lift put into a work shoe? Wanna know your lucky numbers? WE CAN HELP!
More details to come about the ITE? Psychic Shoe Repair shop, but in the meantime, if you have any financial questions, feel free to leave them in the comments section and I’ll answer them later on. You know, to show that our powers are legit. Or something.
