FREE STUFF UPDATE: Free waiting at Denny’s!
Posted by breadwinner on February 3rd, 2009So at lunch we ventured to Denny’s to see what was what. And ended up with a whole lot of nothing. People gotta work, right? We can’t afford to spend an hour-and-a-half – literally – waiting to be seated at Denny’s just to get our free grand slam.
Just take a look at the parking lot.
And the lobby was even more nuts!
All’s well that ends well, they say. So we ended up heading to a local burger joint. And at least we got something for free in the end. So much for a Breakfast Bailout.

I also tried to get a breakfast bailout, but the crowd inside was COMPLETELY insane. There were probably 30 or 40 people just standing around in this tiny lobby. And the parking lot was like the wild west. It was not awesome.
shoulda got your free raincheck! I went to denny’s line was out the wazoo, asked for a raincheck, and got one.
Fuck, I need some sort of bailout right now. Breakfast bailout. Stimulus check. Fuck, times are hard. At least I got this here weed.
